FINANCIAL INFORMATION

2025/26 SEASON

U7 & U8 (2019 & 2018)

  • Registration for the year - $215 due at sign-up. The registration deadline is July 28th.

  • $100 monthly fees due on the 1st of each month beginning August 1 – May 1

  • The total cost of the program is $1215. $215 is due when registering, and $1000 is spread out each month ($100) From Aug 1st - to May 1st.

U9 & U10 (2017 & 2016)

  • Registration for the year - $215 due at sign-up. The registration deadline is July 28th.

  • $105 monthly fees due on the 1st of each month beginning August 1 – May 1

  • The total cost of the program is $1265. $215 is due when registering, and $1050 is spread out each month ($105) From Aug 1st to May 1st.

Extra Costs

  • Individual teams will pay for any tournaments.

  • Indoor is not included in the cost of the program. This is a separate cost.

  • Mileage - If a team plays an away tournament further than the OKC area, not including Edmond, the team will pay the coach $0.70 per mile. This is calculated from NYSA to the complex. Coach per diem is $50 a day during out-of-town, and $25 per travel day for tournament play.

2026 SPRING REGISTRATION (PLAYERS SIGNING UP FOR SPRING ONLY)

U7 & U8 (2019 & 2018): SPRING ONLY

  • Registration for the year - $110 due at sign-up. The registration window is Jan 1 – Jan 27.

  • $100 monthly fees due on the 1st of each month beginning Feb 1 – May 1

  • The total cost of the SPRING program is $510. $110 is due when registering, and $400 is spread out each month ($100) From Feb 1 - to May 1.

U9 & U10 (2017 & 2016): SPRING ONLY

  • Registration for the year - $110 due at sign-up. The registration window is Jan 1 – Jan 27.

  • $105 monthly fees due on the 1st of each month beginning Feb 1 – May 1

  • The total cost of the SPRING program is $525. $110 is due when registering, and $425 is spread out each month ($105) From Feb 1 to May 1.

WITHDRAWING FROM THE ACADEMY PROGRAM

If someone wishes to drop, they must inform Nick McMillian at administrator@oklahomaceltic.com

Coaches/managers can't stop billing.

SCHOLARSHIPS

A limited amount of scholarships are available. Scholarship applications are due by the deadline (Fall Season) July 21st and (Spring Season) Jan 5th and do not cover team or uniform costs.  Players will register after they have heard from Nick McMillian.

Partial Scholarship for U7/U8 Player - $110 to sign up and $50 monthly fees. Total $310.

Partial Scholarship for U9/U10 Player - $110 to sign up and $52.50 monthly fees. Total $320.

Full Scholarship - $215 Registration to sign up.
