Players can practice once, twice, or three times a week.
All sessions will be at Premier Sportsplex - 111 Premier Pkwy, Norman, OK 73071, 4.5 miles away from Gillis-Rother Soccer Complex.
The training sessions will be on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday evening from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Younger ages will train at the earlier time slots.
Once the registration deadline has passed (Nov 15), the directors will organize each group and inform parents of the practice day and time, based on the available options. The days and times of the sessions will be based on the number of program participants.

Futsal Benefits!
Futsal provides numerous benefits by improving physical fitness, technical skills, and tactical understanding through its fast-paced, small-sided gameplay. It improves ball control and touches on the ball, enhances quick decision-making and spatial awareness, and develops creativity in limited space. The sport also promotes a better understanding of movement, teamwork, and discipline in a fun and engaging way.
